I must say Jennifer Brown with Neighborhood Mortgage helped me tremendously. I was moving through the legal stages of divorce. I needed to decide my future living arrangements. Unlike many mortgage companies, Jennifer took the time to help me figure out which was best option for me at this financial stage in my life. Buying again vs. Renting? down payments, monthly payments, staying within my monthly budget, and how long did I plan to stay in GA? So many variables went into this other than just getting prequalified, finding a place and moving on. Jennifer did not treat me as just another mortgage. In fact based on the information I provided it was not in my best interest to buy right away. I appreciated Ms. Brown’s honesty and hard work. She could have given me a loan and sent me on my way. However, we decided on other options and that is what makes her FAR ABOVE the rest. Thank you Jennifer and to Neighborhood Mortgage for the prompt responses, professionalism and most of all going above and beyond.
